Yup, we went to a rodeo
On the 2nd of July, we headed up to Oakley for the rodeo with some friends. It was a bit rainy but really fun. I think we're going to make it a tradition. We also ate at an absolutely yummy place called The Cutting Board which is so delicious, it's worth driving up there just for their sandwiches. No lie.

Excuse me, but is that Mr. Matt Johns and his little wifey sitting next to you? I did not know you were friends with them! I grew up with Matthew and man, we used to beat on each other. I like him now, though, so that's okay.
Anyway, I'm a sucker for a good rodeo. They make me feel all patriotic. Glad you had a good time, my dear.
The Oakley rodeo is the best! We used to go to it every year. I talked to your cute Mom at church on Sunday, she is the greatest! Hope all is well you lovebirds.

I've always wanted to go to a rodeo. Looks like a lot of fun, and what a cool name for a restaurant.
