i believe they are called butterflies

i'll never forget the first time i saw greg (well, not counting the very first time, which was in the third grade class neither of us remember the other being in) because my stomach got all fluttery. to call said flutters butterflies probably doesn't do them justice, but i guess that's the best description i can come up with.

and what's great, is that this fluttering feeling hasn't gone away. in fact, it's probably gotten more intense as the years have progressed.

i get them all the time: when i come home from work... when he reaches over and grabs my hand... when we're lying in bed reading together (among many other moments)... i still feel all fluttery. and giddy. and blissfully happy. and incredibly blessed.

the best part about all this is that i get to feel this way forever.

which is pretty grand indeed.

You guys are so cute...and your continual public praise of my nephew is even cuter! When will we be seeing you guys? It's been too long. Love you!

That's adorable.

That's exactly how it's meant to be.

You guys don't remember each other from 3rd grade... I think at least nearly half of our class at Bountiful Elementary had a crush on your hubby. I remember Aimee Farr thought it was hilarious that everyone had a crush on her cousin.
