which was probably in protest of the Vegan noodle bowl with dehydrated tofu and vegetables that I had for lunch today.
And yup, I know. I go for the healthy, non-caloric and non-additive lunch and then ruin it all with a lemon cupcake filled with tart lemon curd topped with toasted swiss meringue frosting and a dark belgium chocolate cupcake with pink crème cheese frosting.
My thighs already hate me for this, btw. And probably my butt and stomach too. Le sigh.

Who cares, cup cakes are worth it.
Don't worry; I am pretty sure that I ate a full dozen cookies on Friday...they were homemade, and delicious. Worth it? Um, well, my taste buds would say yes, and my thighs would say no...but my taste buds won. heh heh. what do you do? Sometimes it's nice to splurge :) P.S. that lemon cupcake sounds heavenly.
OOh, that sounds good. I'll have that.
Um...I miss my Lauren, real bad. Let's cupcake together soon!
