Let the delurkification begin...

It is with a somewhat reticent heart that I write this, though this post's subject matter is something that I have been thinking about for awhile, and something that has been encouraged by Kenna's most recent post.

I would kindly ask all readers of this blog to "delurk" themselves. Meaning, that I humbly ask all readers of this blog (whether I know you read this or not) to write a comment on this post. Tell me what you like/dislike about the blog... tell me how you found the blog... etc... just please identify yourselves. I have already met one delightful person who so graciously delurkified herself, and would love to meet more. Plus, it would be nice to know who I'm sharing my life with. Call me crazy.

Until then, no more new posts. (This includes item of the day, song of the week and book of the month.)

Kenna has received 60 posts, and though I do not feign to command a similar readership, I'd love to see who reads this blog.

Let the delurkification begin...

You know I lurk; though no longer a lurker, I will confess my utmost devotion to your blog. You rock and I will unabashedly claim you as my blogging buddy.

Yo dude. I don't think I qualify as a lurker thanks to my "oh my, must comment!" on what feels like a lot of posts :). But I will take the opportunity to say I found the blog from Duehly's and Whit's and I knew I would dig the content - thanks to your rockstar writing additions to the Marathon team, Subway Healthy Utah article, etc. and the fact I delight in how perfectly written your company-wide emails are.

PLUS - I seriously adore your taste in literature, music, clothes (uh, duh) and your astute and eloquent observations on lifes. Perhaps by reading, it WILL rub off :). (On the fashion front, admittedly still a no - still wearing the shoes I bought in high school. You know this because you can hear them coming on those squeaky floors.)

I lurk. I'm Andrew's Wife's Cousin's Wife. Andrew being Greg's cousin. I think you are hilarious, and it's true, I totally lurk, almost daily.

Lauren, I guess I am a lurker! I have to say that your blog is my favorite and I think I found it off Rachel Clegg's blog. I love your item of the day. You are also a very clever writer and I can feel my IQ rise after reading your posts. Keep it coming!

Hey I love to "lurk" at your blog often, one because you always have the most interesting stories and clever posts. You need to write for a column, you are a great writer. I love your item of the day and your book of the month and songs of the week. You are very good at the blogging thing. We love the two of you dearly. We really need to see you soon, it has been way too long.

I'm kind of disappointed that I am comment number 8, considering you were comment number 1. (does the excuse that it's my anniversary let it slide?) You know I lurk, and I lurk often. I love your wit, your charm, your writing...all of it. I strive to be the kind of charasmatic, honest writer you are.

You are my 'Shrink for Less.' I need you AND your blog.

You know I read your blog!

I read your blog like 7 times a day, just to see if you posted something new, or if you responded to my previous comment. I dislike it when you post about baseball. That's it.

Lauren I totally am a lurker. I love your blog, your entries are completely hilarious and I love everything you talk about it reminds me of the good ol' days at Liberty Square.

Lauren, we may have met once, Hank, Puck, Megan and Toad are my cousins...I stop by your blog occasionally, don't often agree witht he social commentary - but that's the beauty of blogging...it does often entertain me at work.

Funny, I was going to do this on my own blog.

I went to Millcreek Jr with Greg but all I remember of him was that he ate a worm in science class.

I found you off Katie Preston's blog, and I knew her WAY back in the day since our parents are friends.

Your posts about insanely annoying work situations are so great because I can relate. Working in an office is super lame.

Thanks for sharing your blog with complete strangers!

I lurk and you know it. I also like to defend you when crazy people write mean comments on YOUR blog...whatever.
Anyways you make me laugh...you are WAY smarter than I am(see that right there was probably the wrong usage of grammer) and you are an excellent writer. Anyways love your guts...p.s. do you ever talk to Bizzy? I can never get a hold of her! Sheesh.

I refuse to classify myself as a lowly lurker. I am a devoted reader for the same reason we became friends. I like your blog because I like you...You know why that is, so I won't insult your intelligence by explaining any further.

Good idea for a post....maybe I'll do it on mine!

you are so funny! I think that you make me learn a new word each and every time I read your blog....does that mean that I am a bit boring in my vocabulary...probably!!! But, regardless, your blogs are funny and you are definately a talented writer. Miss not seeing you guys every week, hope that you are liking SLC.

I know that I told you that I really enjoyed your blog and that it has been great to find out more about you as well as some of the things we have in common, such as a love of SYTYCD, but I will now let it be official...I think your blog is great fun!
